NEW NEXUS TAB RELEASED ON NEXT WEAK 99 comment

A new theory that could yield more-reliable communication protocols for digital devices has been developed by researchers led by an Indian-origin scientist.Communication protocols for digital devices are very efficient but also very brittle: They require information to be specified in a precise order with a precise number of bits.

If sender and receiver - say, a computer and a printer - are off by even a single bit relative to each other, communication between them breaks do.

Similarly, the first topic Sudan and his colleagues began investigating is compression, or the minimum number of bits that one device would need to send another in order to convey all the information in a data file.Existing data compression schemes do exploit statistical regularities in data.

Another Chinese smartphone brand, Vivo has launched its product in India Vivo has bought their slimmest smart phone called Vivo X5 Max to the market for a high price tag of Rs 32,980. The Vivo X5 Max measures just 4.75mm thick which makes it slimmer than the Gionee S5.1 which is 5.1mm thick as well as the Oppo R5 which is 4.85mm thick.

  CART_VISIBLE: null, // Shows or hides the cart
  SET_SELECTED: null,   // Selects a product option
  RECEIVE_DATA: null // Loads our mock data
});

Feature

As far as specifications are concerned, the device has a 5.5-inch Full HD display, 1.7GHz MediaTek SoC with an octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The processor is 64-bit one.

The phone has 16GB internal storage and can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. In terms of camera, the phone sports a 13MP rear camera along with 5MP front facing camera. The phone is also said to have support for 4G TD-LTE, TD-SCDMA connectivity and dual SIM configuration.

The smartphone has a 2000mAh battery. It supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, USB OTG, and 3G. It runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat with the company’s proprietary Funtouch OS 2.0 UI on top.

Given that it’s specs are pretty common, the price tag for the smartphone appears to be on the higher-side. While the phone is definitely ‘slim’, we’re not sure if that will be enough for people to pay Rs 32,980 for a relatively new brand in India.
